Elf door and elf house from the 3D printer
Instead of buying an elf door you can print one: 38 sets from the NISSE HUS elf world, designed for PLA and a Bambu Lab P2S with AMS but not tied to it. Every set contains STL files, a ready print project with colour plates and assembly instructions. The images here are CAD views of the designs, not photos. The sets are published one by one on MakerWorld as soon as a real test print has been photographed; until then a set shows “MakerWorld link to follow”.

How to print the sets
- Download the files on MakerWorld and open the print project in Bambu Studio or another slicer.
- Assign your own filament and AMS slots; colours come from separate parts on single-colour plates, not from colour changes.
- 0.4 mm nozzle, PLA, 0.16 to 0.2 mm layer height. Print small parts with a brim.
- Dry-fit the parts before gluing. Doors and mechanisms are fixed; they are glued, not snapped.
- Small parts are not for children under three.
As of 16 October 2026: set 01 Moving In and set 33 North Pole Post are published. All other sets are digitally checked and will be released after their test print.

How big are the elf doors?
The doors are designed for a skirting-board scene, about 10 to 12 centimetres tall. Houses like the winter house or the North Pole post are a little larger and stand freely.
Do I need a specific printer?
No. The projects are prepared for the Bambu Lab P2S with AMS; the STL files work in any slicer. Without multi-colour printing you print the plates one by one in their colour.
May I modify or sell the files?
The licence is stated with each model on MakerWorld. The sets published so far do not allow resale of files or prints.
Are the models tested?
Geometry, export, piece counts and slicer reports are checked digitally. Physical test prints are outstanding, which is why a set is only published with a real print photo.
How do I find the set for an idea?
The elf door ideas and the elf pranks name the set number for every scene. On this page you find all sets in numerical order.
